Shipping & Delivery

Shipping prices

We want our shipping prices to be clear and predictable.

Roof tents: The shipping cost is 995 SEK per order. This covers special handling, packaging and transport since roof tents are bulky and require extra care. We work with carriers experienced in handling larger goods.

All other products: The shipping cost is 49 SEK per order. Whether you order one or several smaller items, the same flat shipping rate applies, making it easy to plan your purchases.

Prices include VAT. If your order requires special handling or delivery to a hard‑to‑reach location, we will contact you in advance regarding any additional charges.

Delivery methods

We offer different delivery options depending on the type of product you order.

Roof tents are delivered to your home address. On the delivery day, the carrier will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery time. As roof tents are heavy, we recommend having two people available to receive the delivery.

Other products are shipped to a pickup point. You choose the pickup point that suits you best at checkout. You will receive a notification via SMS or email when your parcel is ready for pickup.

Please check your package as soon as you collect or receive it. If the packaging is damaged, ask the carrier to note this before you sign for the parcel.

Installation & pickup

For roof tent purchases, we offer additional services such as installation and in‑store pickup.

Installation in store: You can book an installation appointment at our store. Our technicians have long experience and will ensure your roof tent is mounted correctly and safely. Installation costs 495 SEK. We also check the fittings and provide care and maintenance tips.

In‑store pickup: Prefer to install your roof tent yourself? You can pick up your roof tent for free at our store. We help you load it and provide instructions for safe transport home.

Carriers

We work with well‑known and reliable transport companies to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

• DHL – known for fast and reliable deliveries.
• DSV – specialized in larger consignments and international transport.
• PostNord – convenient solutions for smaller parcels and pickup‑point deliveries.
• DB Schenker – strong in logistics and home deliveries.

Carrier selection is based on the size and weight of the item and your delivery address.

Delivery countries

We deliver to Sweden, Finland and Denmark. These countries are covered by our flat shipping rates.

For deliveries to other EU countries, please contact us before ordering. We can provide a freight quote and often find a solution even if the country isn’t available by default at checkout.

Delivery time

We work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Normal delivery time is 3–5 business days from the time you place your order.

Order handling usually takes place within 24 hours on weekdays. We pack and ship your order as soon as it’s ready.

Transport time depends on where you live and which carrier is used. Deliveries within Sweden are normally faster than deliveries to Finland or Denmark.

During holidays, campaigns or periods of high demand, delivery time may be slightly longer. We will inform you if we see a risk of delay.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can follow your delivery in real time and see the estimated delivery time.

If you do not receive your tracking code within two business days, please contact us and we’ll help you right away.
