Terms of purchase

Below are our terms of purchase. By completing a purchase in our shop, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

General

The store is operated by FP Festival Products AB, org. no. 556322-0887. For questions, contact us at info@overlandexperten.com.

You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian approval to shop with us. All prices are in SEK including VAT.

We reserve the right for typographical errors, out-of-stock items, price adjustments and technical errors on the website.

Order

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation is automatically generated. If you don’t receive it, please contact us.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect personal data or non-payment.

Payment

We use Shopify Payments. You can choose between several secure payment methods, including:

  • Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Later or Slice It)
  • Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Shipping & Delivery

We offer different delivery options depending on the product.

  • Roof tents are shipped with home delivery.
  • Other products are shipped to the nearest pickup point.

Right of withdrawal & returns

Under distance selling rules, you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Contact us before the deadline expires if you wish to use it.

  • Other products: free returns within 30 days; the product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Roof tents: not covered by free returns. We will still help you find a mutual solution.

We cover return shipping if the error is ours. For withdrawal returns, you pay return shipping (unless we explicitly offer free returns).

Claims & Warranty

If a product is defective, you have the right to make a claim within three years under consumer law. Contact us as soon as possible.

In addition, we offer a 2‑year warranty across our range. Read more on Warranty.

Unclaimed parcels

If you do not collect your parcel, we charge a fee [e.g. 250 SEK] to cover shipping and handling.

Personal data & privacy

We process personal data according to GDPR. When you shop with us, we store the data you provide (e.g. name, address, email) to fulfill your order.

We also use third parties such as Klarna, who process data under their own terms.

Dispute

In disputes, we follow decisions from the relevant national consumer dispute board.
