Warranty
Warranty
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 2‑year warranty across our entire range, regardless of category or price. The warranty applies from the date you receive your order and covers both material and manufacturing defects.
What the warranty covers
Our warranty means we will repair, replace or otherwise remedy defects caused by faults in materials or manufacturing at no cost to you. If a product doesn’t function as it should during the warranty period, we’ll help you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
- Defects in seams, zippers or other components that do not meet normal standards.
- Manufacturing defects that prevent the product from serving its intended purpose.
- Electronic or mechanical components that stop working under normal use.
We reserve the right to repair the product first. If repair is not possible, we will replace it with a new equivalent product. If the same model is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a refund.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, negligence or lack of care.
- Modifications not performed by us or an authorized service partner.
- Damage due to incorrect installation or use contrary to the product’s instructions.
This means that scratches, discoloration or other cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality are not covered.
How to make a warranty claim
If you need to use the warranty, contact us at info@overlandexperten.com with the following information:
- Order number and purchase date.
- A short description of the fault.
- Photos clearly showing the issue.
Once we receive your case, we make an initial assessment and get back to you with instructions. In some cases, we can resolve it with a replacement product; in others, we may need the item returned for inspection.
We cover all return shipping costs if the case is covered by the warranty.
Your rights
The warranty is valid for 2 years from delivery but does not affect your statutory consumer rights. You always have the right to make a claim within 3 years under consumer law if the fault is original. The warranty is an extra safety net on top of that.
