You can return your product within 30 days. The return is valid if the product is intact, complete and in new condition. The packaging may be opened or damaged, as long as the product is unused and in new condition.

Roof tent returns
If you want to return a roof tent, you can either deliver it to us yourself, or we can arrange return shipping for you. Any return shipping for roof tents is paid by you as the customer. Please contact us before returning a roof tent and we'll help you with the practicalities.
