You have 30 days to return your order after receiving it. We do not offer free returns. You pay a fixed return fee based on the product category and delivery country.

Open purchase
You can return your product within 30 days. It must be unused, complete and in brand-new condition. Pack it carefully, preferably in its original packaging, so it is properly protected during return transport.
Return shipping
You pay the return shipping
We do not offer free returns. You pay the fixed return fee that applies to the product and delivery country. We confirm the fee and send you an invoice. Once paid, you receive a return label. The product amount is refunded after we have received and approved the return.
Roof tents
Roof tent returns
Always contact us before returning a roof tent so we can discuss the return and its cost with you. You pay the return shipping. For the return to be approved, the roof tent must be unused, complete, in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for any damage that occurs during return transport.

The fee depends on the product you return and the country to which the order was delivered.

How to make a return
Check condition
Ensure the product is unused, intact, complete and in brand-new condition before starting the return.
Contact us
Contact us and we'll create the return, confirm the applicable fixed return fee and send you an invoice. Once paid, you'll receive a return label by email.
Pack and ship
Pack the product very carefully, preferably in its original packaging, and use the label sent by email. Always contact us first when returning a roof tent—roof tents must be returned in their original packaging.
