You can return your product within 30 days. The return is valid if the product is intact, complete and in new condition. The packaging may be opened or damaged, as long as the product is unused and in new condition.

We do not offer free returns. When you want to return an item, we calculate the return shipping cost and send you an invoice. Once it is paid, we help you with the return label. The product amount is refunded once we have received and approved the return.
Roof tents
Roof tent returns
If you want to return a roof tent, you can either deliver it to us yourself, or we can arrange return shipping for you. The return shipping is paid by you as the customer and invoiced. Please contact us before returning a roof tent and we'll help you with the practicalities.
