Wild Land Voyager Pro 230 is our largest rooftop tent and one of our best-selling models. With a 230 × 200 cm sleeping area, it is perfect for families looking to travel comfortably – particularly 2 adults and up to 3 children. It provides plenty of room for the whole family to sleep without having to switch to a traditional ground tent or family tent.

Double-fold hard shell with a large sleeping area

Voyager Pro 230 is a double-fold hard-shell rooftop tent. This means that the tent folds out when opened, providing a large sleeping area without taking up as much length on the vehicle as a single-fold tent of the same size. For a family tent, this makes a noticeable difference both during installation and while the tent is mounted on the vehicle.

Quick and easy to use

As a hard-shell rooftop tent, Voyager Pro 230 is easy to set up and pack away. There is no loose travel cover, no window support poles and much less of the hassle often associated with larger soft-shell tents. Duvets and pillows can also remain inside the tent when it is closed, making packing considerably easier when the whole family is travelling.

Spacious but still compact on the vehicle

Despite its large sleeping area, Voyager Pro 230 remains relatively compact on the vehicle. The hard shell provides a low, protected profile while driving, and its weight of 66 kg is low for a family tent of this size. This makes it suitable for many vehicles where a large rooftop tent might otherwise quickly become too heavy or cumbersome.

Built for Nordic conditions

Voyager Pro 230 features two integrated fabric layers that help improve insulation, regulate the temperature and reduce condensation. This makes the tent comfortable both during warm summer nights and cooler periods of the year.

Windows, ventilation and protection

The windows feature blackout panels, mosquito nets and outer plastic windows, allowing you to let in light and fresh air even when the weather is less than ideal. Two roof vents help keep the air fresh and reduce condensation during the night.

Support legs, diesel heater and load bars

Adjustable support legs are included and provide additional stability when several people are staying in the tent or when the vehicle is parked on uneven ground. The 2026 model also features an opening for a diesel heater, and the tent can be fitted with Wild Land Crossbars V3 for carrying items such as solar panels or lighter equipment on top.
